Our mental health billing service charges a simple flat fee of 6.5%-8% of the contracted rate or allowed amount of any insurance claim we help you collect, depending on volume (inquire to see if you qualify for 8%).

As of February 2019, because of ACA regulations, our ClearingHouse provider OfficeAlly has instituted mandatory claims processing fees for each unique tax ID + rendering NPI combination of claims filed through their clearinghouse.
All providers will be subject to a $35 / month / unique tax ID + rendering NPI fee for each month that claims are submitted through TheraThink.
If the administrative fee for processing claims is less than 5% of your total invoice, we will not charge you this claims processing fee.
We have no start up fee, no per claim submission fees, and we handle eligibility and benefits verification for free as well.
**NOTICE: The contracted rate does not equal your full fee. So if you charge $150 and get reimbursed for $50 from insurance and $10 from the patient, your contracted rate or allowed amount is $60. We charge 8% of $60, your contracted rate, not 8% of $150, your full fee.**
