It’s really simple:  call them up if they leave you their phone number or call them back as quickly as you can if you ever miss their call.  Respond to their inquiry into your services immediately.

Most people want to get their problems solved ASAP.  If they checked you out and thought you could help enough that they are proactively reaching out, respond immediately!

What could be a bigger signal that someone needs help than them finding you and reaching out.  I’m sounding redundant, but this is really important.  They are using their energy to find you, did so, and now want help.

Help them as fast as you can!  

They will go elsewhere quickly.  

So call back immediately, on weekends, at 5am or 10pm.
