Welcome to TheraThink. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the administrative, communication, and appointment reminder services provided by TheraThink on behalf of participating healthcare providers.

General Use

By accessing or using TheraThink’s services, or by providing your mobile number to receive appointment communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SMS Terms

TheraThink operates an automated text messaging service to deliver operational appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and administrative notifications to clients on behalf of their healthcare providers.

  • Program Description: Subscribers receive non-marketing SMS notifications alerting them to upcoming therapy visits, telehealth access links, and scheduling confirmations.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific text and data plan.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment cadence (typically 1–2 reminder messages per scheduled healthcare visit).

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from TheraThink. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

  • Support / Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP to receive support information, or contact our support team directly at support@therathink.com.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Medical Emergency Disclaimer: TheraThink SMS notifications are purely administrative and are not monitored for mental health crises or clinical care. If you are facing an emergency, dial 911 or call/text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

Modifications to Terms

TheraThink reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued receipt of messages or services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
