can you explain when you should and should not bell 90834 and 908536 together on the same day? will use a modifier 59 – what are the guidelines for this?
90853 group and 90834 individual sorry for the typo in previous message.

  If you see the client for group and individual therapy you should bill it this way — but please call their insurance for an eligibility and benefits verification before you do so so you know for certain that you will be reimbursed for both.
